"We are committed to creating experiences that encourage metacognitive reflection—thinking about one's own thinking—which can foster personal growth. This involves intentionally examining what and how one knows, as well as engaging in self-regulation."

Organizational History
Standard Edition Women (SEW) was founded in 2009 by Princess Titus, Shekina Washington, and Anthony “Phat Phat” Titus. Their initial goal was to offer services for new mothers, focusing on child development and self-care.
Tragically, on July 4, 2010, Anthony “Phat Phat” Titus was struck by a bullet intended for another child, a loss that deeply impacted the community, with over 750 people visiting the grieving family.
In 2012, SEW introduced the Dump List and the Personal Liberation Plan. They began organizing discussions, including those on documentaries like “Eugenics,” to address challenging topics.
The founders used these tools and curriculum to shift their personal paradigms, evolving their own standards and creating a refined version of themselves as women.
